The Lakers, losers of 2 straight, may get King James back tonight in an away game versus the Celtics who are missing Jaylen Brown. Despite underachieving so far this year, the Lakers have not lost due to a lack of effort. It seems as though they are giving it their all each game and are just dealing with chemistry issues, as it is almost an entirely new team besides LeBron and Anthony Davis. After losing 2 in a row to good teams (the Bulls and the Bucks), I really think the Lakers will take advantage of the Celtics missing Jaylen Brown and win this game tonight. The Celtics don’t have an answer for Anthony Davis who is having a much better year compared to last year, and I think the Lakers will be able to contain Tatum and if they can do that, they will win this game. Anthony Davis will be a major factor with or without LeBron who will be on a minutes restriction, so I expect him to easily cover his points total. With Brown out, I expect Dennis Schroeder, who has been playing a lot better lately to be used a lot tonight against his former team. Take the Lakers +2.5, Anthony Davis over 21.5 points, and if you can find Dennis Schroeder’s points prop, take the over!
