After 3 brutal TNF’s in a row, we have been somewhat lucky in our last one and now this one. Even though this is a big mismatch, I expect a decent game because the Eagles, who are 6.5 point underdogs, are coming off a big comeback win AND get home field advantage. The Bucs are also missing some key defenders like Lavonte David, Antoine Winfield, and possibly Jason Pierre-Paul who is questionable. Tom Brady has NOT covered the spread in his last TWELVE (12) prime time games, and coming off a short week, on the road, against a team who came back to win late in the game last week, and missing key defenders, I think he will not cover again. The Eagles typically tend to play to the level of their opponents - they play bad against bad teams and good against good teams. The Eagles have been heavily criticized for not running the ball and making Hurts throw 50 times a game. I expect them to use Miles Sanders more tonight and for him to capitalize on his opportunities. Take the Eagles +6.5, Miles Sanders over 8.5 rush attempts, and Miles Sanders over 34.5 rushing yards.
