NBA PLAYOFFS 2021
Bucks VS Heat
1st ROUND
Game 1: May 22nd
This is a great rematch. We have some fantastic 1st round matchups but this is definitely one that I am excited for. Butler and the Heat are known for their toughness and grit, while the Bucks have been dominant in the past 2 regular seasons but have not made it over the playoff hump. Surely, they are looking to make a statement this year, but so are the Heat. I think this series will go to 7 games because neither team has any quit in them. Also, if there is one player to do a good job containing Giannis, it is Adebayo, so I think the game-plan for the Bucks will be to utilize everyone, especially Jrue Holiday and Khris Middleton. I think tonight will be a close game, and so will every other game in this series. Take the Heat +5, Jrue Holiday over 18.5 points, and over 227 total points.
Game 2: May 24th
Start Time: 7:30 pm EST
Venue: Fiserv Forum, Milwaukee

Game 1 was a thriller. We would have gone 3-0 had Middleton missed that game winner and the game would have gone to double OT. Still, we will take 2-1. I think game 2 will play out similarly, except I think Middleton will have the confidence to shoot the ball more this game after his heroic shot to win game 1. Definitely taking his over in points. I think the Bucks get another win tonight, but I think it will be another tight game. Tonight is a great night for player props, but I am staying away from picking a winner or a spread because I wouldn’t be confident in any of those picks. Like I said, I think Bucks will win but not by a lot, but I don’t trust the Heat to cover 4.5 again. Take the under 222.5 total points, Khris Middleton over 21.5 points, Goran Dragic over 16.5 points, and Giannis Antetokounmpo over 12.5 rebounds.
Game 3: May 27th
Start Time: 7:30 pm EST
Venue: American Airlines Arena, Miami
Where to Watch: TNT
The Bucks absolutely dominated the Heat in game 2, from start to finish. They could not miss and shot the ball extremely well from every point on the floor. I don’t think they can do that 2 games in a row, and Miami is surely coming out tonight ready to prove that they belong there, especially on their home court. However, I think the Bucks may just be too good for the Heat this year who have looked dysfunctional all year and are not getting enough production from any of their players. I like the Heat, but I don’t think they can handle the Bucks who seem to be hitting their stride. Take the Bucks -1.5, over 225 total points, Giannis Antetokounmpo over 28.5 points, and Bam Adebayo over 17.5 points.
