This is a fun matchup because of the caliber of scorers on the court. The Mavericks are .5 games ahead of the 7th seed, so every game is big for them as they try to avoid the play-in game. The Nets are comfortable, where they are pretty much guaranteed a top 3 seed. The Mavericks also have home court advantage, and have played very well recently, while the Nets have lost 3 in a row. Despite the fact that the Nets are due for a win, I think they will have a very tough time against the Mavericks tonight who are good perimeter defenders and have a great offense as well. Expect a close game, and for the Nets to focus on containing Luka Doncic. Take the Mavericks +3.5, Luka Doncic under 30.5 points, and Kyrie Irving over 25.5 points.
