Suns VS Lakers
1st ROUND
Game 2: May 25th
Well guys I missed game 1 but I could have told you the Suns were going to win. They are a better team right now. The Lakers haven’t played together a lot this season because of injuries, and they are playing one of the toughest teams in the whole league led by 2 superstars who have home court advantage. I hate to bet against LeBron because I know what he is capable of doing if he decides to turn it up, but I am more concerned with how the rest of the Lakers will play - he needs more help from AD and the other supporting cast. I would love to see CP3 knock off LeBron and potentially go to the Finals - he deserves a chip more than anyone in this league, but I also want to see LeBron win another chip or 2 before he retires because I love watching him chase MJ. I want the “GOAT” debate to be more controversial, and I think if LeBron is able to win as many chips as MJ, that argument, which is a big one used by MJ supporters, won’t hold as much weight. To be clear, I’m not saying LeBron is the GOAT, I am just saying I would like to see LeBron get closer to MJ status and make the debate even tougher. For tonight, take the Lakers -2, Devin Booker under 28.5 points, LeBron James over 24.5 points, and LeBron James under 8.5 assists.
Game 3: May 27th

I am a big fan of the Suns in this game. Even though the Lakers kind of dominated last game with their size, I think the Suns are a tough team and will keep it close tonight. I definitely don’t think the second highest seeded team in the whole NBA is losing a game by more than 7 in the playoffs, even if it is to the Lakers. I expect a tough, low scoring game, and the Suns to cover. I like Schroeder having another big game against CP3 who clearly was bothered by a shoulder injury last game - he took only 5 shots. Take the Suns +7, Dennis Schroeder over 14.5 points, Andre Drummond over 9.5 rebounds, and Deandre Ayton over 14.5 points.
Game 5: June 1st
Start Time: 10 pm EST
Venue: Phoenix Suns Arena, Phoenix
Where to Watch: TNT
In Phoenix, coming off a big win, and against the Lakers without AD, I LOVE the Suns tonight. I think Ayton will have a big game as well as Booker, and that the Lakers will not be able to stop the Suns offense. Without AD, the Lakers will be dysfunctional and lacking offense in the paint as well as defense (although they still have Drummond. I think Drummond will have a big game with AD out but that the Suns will ultimately be too much for the Lakers. Take the Suns -5, the over 209 total points, Andre Drummond over 10.5 points, and Andre Drummond over 10.5 rebounds.
Game 6: June 3rd
Start Time: 10:30 pm EST
Venue: Staples Center, LA
Where to Watch: TNT
Imagine not betting on the Lakers tonight. Imagine not thinking LeBron isn’t going to do everything in his power to win this game. Imagine not thinking AD is going to play when he’s listed as a game-time decision in an elimination game in the first round. Just imagine being that ignorant. Luckily you have me to tell you what to do and how to make money. I’m not cocky, just confident. Take the Lakers -2, Chris Paul over 14.5 points, LeBron Janes over 8.5 assists, and Andre Drummond over 9.5 points.
